This Privacy Policy explains how RHUNA INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CONSULTANTS CO. L.L.C (“Rhuna,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit rhuna.io, use our applications, or engage with our event technology and blockchain-enabled services (collectively, the “Services”). We wrote this in clear, narrative language so you can understand what happens with your data and why. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Services.
Rhuna operates an infrastructure platform for live events, including ticketing, access control, payments, loyalty, and digital experiences. We are the data controller for information we collect directly through our website and apps, and we may also act as a data processor for event organizers who use our Services to interact with their attendees. When we act as a processor, the organizer’s privacy policy governs the use of your data, and we process it only according to their instructions.

We collect information to deliver our Services, keep them secure, comply with the law, and improve your experience. The types of information include the following.
Information you provide directly. When you create an account, purchase tickets or services, contact support, or respond to surveys, you may give us your name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address, tax information, company details, and any other content you choose to share.
Transaction and payment information. If you buy something from us or through us, we receive details about the purchase (such as items, amounts, currency, and timestamps). Payment card data is handled by our payment processors; we do not store full card numbers. If you pay using stablecoins or other digital assets, we record the transaction metadata necessary to reconcile orders.
Event and operational information. If you attend or host events using our Services, we process information such as ticket types, check-ins, access control logs, seat or zone assignments, and attendance status. Organizers may also choose to collect additional information from you (for example, preferences or demographic questions) that we process on their behalf.
Device and usage information. We collect technical data from your devices such as IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, language, referring pages, pages visited, and links clicked. We also collect log data about how you use the Services to protect against abuse and improve reliability.
Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies and SDKs to remember your preferences, keep you logged in, measure usage, and personalize content and marketing. You can control non-essential cookies using our cookie settings.
Wallet-related information. If you connect a Web3 wallet, we may collect your public wallet address, the chain(s) you use, and signatures used to authenticate. We do not collect your private keys, and we cannot sign transactions on your behalf.
We use information to operate the Services, fulfill our contracts with you or organizers, comply with legal obligations, protect the platform and its users, and pursue legitimate business interests. For example, we use data to create and manage accounts, process orders and payments, issue and validate tickets, provide customer support, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with tax and accounting requirements, and communicate important updates about events and platform changes.
We also analyze aggregated and de-identified data to understand usage trends, improve reliability, and build new features. Where permitted, we may personalize experiences and marketing communications to make them more relevant to you; you can opt out of non-essential marketing at any time.
If you are in the EEA or the UK, we process your personal data on one or more of the following legal bases: (a) your consent, when you agree to specific processing such as non-essential cookies or marketing; (b) performance of a contract, when processing is necessary to provide the Services you request; (c) compliance with a legal obligation, such as tax and accounting rules or responding to lawful requests; and (d) our legitimate interests, such as improving the Services, preventing fraud, ensuring network and information security, and supporting customer service, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.
Cookies are small files stored on your device that help us remember you and measure how the Services are used. We use strictly necessary cookies to provide core functionality (such as sign-in and checkout), and—with your consent in relevant jurisdictions—performance, analytics, and marketing cookies. You can manage your preferences through our cookie banner or settings at any time. If you disable certain cookies, some features may not work as intended.
When you connect a Web3 wallet, your public address becomes part of your account context. Transactions you make on public blockchains are recorded on-chain and may be visible to anyone. Because blockchains are distributed systems outside our control, we cannot modify or delete on-chain records. We do not store or have access to your private keys. You are responsible for safeguarding your wallet and understanding the risks of on-chain activity, including the permanence of data and market volatility.
We may associate your wallet with your email or account to enable features like ticket issuance, access control, loyalty accrual, or NFT-based privileges. If you disconnect your wallet, we will retain only the information necessary to fulfill legal, accounting, and security requirements.
We share information to provide and improve the Services, to comply with the law, and with your permission. We may share data with: (a) event organizers and venue partners so they can manage events and support attendees; (b) payment processors and financial institutions to process transactions and prevent fraud; (c) analytics, hosting, and customer support providers to operate the platform; (d) law enforcement or regulators when legally required; (e) buyers, investors, or advisors in the context of a corporate transaction; and (f) others with your direction or consent. We do not sell your personal information.
We are based in the United Arab Emirates and may process information in the UAE and other countries. If you are in the EEA, UK, or other regions with data protection laws, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful mechanisms, when required. Where we act as a processor for organizers, we follow their instructions and transfer mechanisms as specified in our contracts with them.
We maintain organizational, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security; however, we continuously work to improve our defenses and limit access to personal data to those with a business need.
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary depending on the type of data and the purposes for which we process it. We may keep aggregated or de-identified information for longer to help us analyze and improve the platform without identifying individuals.
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data, such as the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your information, as well as the right to object to or restrict certain processing. If processing is based on consent, you can withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise your rights, contact us at hello@rhuna.io. We will respond as required by applicable law. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us so we can take appropriate steps to delete it. Where an organizer hosts family events through our platform, they are responsible for ensuring that any processing of minors’ data is lawful and appropriately consented.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our Services, business practices, or legal requirements. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page, and we may provide additional notice when required by law. Your continued use of the Services after the updated Policy takes effect means you accept the changes.
If you have questions about this Policy or how we handle personal data, you can reach us at hello@rhuna.io. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to contact your supervisory authority. If you are in the UAE, you may contact the UAE Data Office. We encourage you to contact us first so we can work to resolve any concerns.
This Policy explains, in plain language, what we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, when we share it, and how you can exercise your rights. It also explains Web3-specific topics, such as wallets and on-chain data, in practical terms so you can make informed choices.
