Welcome to Rhuna.io, operated by RHUNA INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CONSULTANTS CO. L.L.C (“Rhuna,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), headquartered at Maryam Mohammed Bldg, Office no. 3F 008, Al Baraha, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form the agreement between you and us and apply to your use of our website, platform, applications, and related services (together, the “Services”). By using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services immediately.
Our Services are designed for adults who can legally enter into contracts. You must be at least eighteen (18) years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services. By accessing Rhuna.io, you declare that you meet this requirement and that your use complies with the laws of your country. If you are creating an account or using the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.
Rhuna is an infrastructure platform that helps event organizers and venues run their events with modern tools. Our Services include event ticketing, secure access control, digital payments (including fiat and stablecoin options), blockchain-enabled passes and NFTs, and fan engagement features. These Services are intended to make live events more efficient, transparent, and interactive. We are constantly working to improve and expand what we offer, which means that some features may be changed, added, or removed at any time. While we strive to provide reliable Services, we cannot guarantee that all features will always be available or remain unchanged, and in some cases, specific features or integrations may require a separate contract with us.
To access certain parts of our Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide true, complete, and up-to-date information when doing so. You are responsible for keeping your account secure by protecting your password or private keys. Any activity that occurs through your account will be considered your responsibility, even if it was carried out by someone else. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately at hello@rhuna.io so we can take steps to protect your account.
We want Rhuna to remain a safe, fair, and productive environment for all users. By using our Services, you agree to act responsibly. This means you may not use the Services for any illegal activity, nor may you attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse engineer any part of the platform. You may not use automated bots or scrapers without our permission, and you may not upload or share content that is harmful, abusive, or violates intellectual property rights. If you misuse the Services in these or other harmful ways, we may suspend or terminate your account.
The Rhuna platform—including our name, logo, design, software, and content—belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use our content without our written permission. If you are an event organizer, you remain the owner of your event’s branding and materials, but you grant us the rights necessary to host, display, and deliver them as part of providing our Services.
When you purchase tickets, services, or other products through Rhuna, you agree to provide valid billing information and pay all applicable fees. Prices will always be displayed before checkout. Unless we specifically say otherwise, all payments are final and non-refundable. Payments may be processed through third parties such as Stripe or crypto wallets, and by completing a purchase you also accept the terms of those providers.
Rhuna often works with third-party partners, including payment processors, wallet providers, and analytics tools. While we do our best to integrate them safely, we are not responsible for the actions or policies of those third parties. If you choose to use them through our platform, you do so at your own risk and under their terms of service.
Some parts of our Services involve blockchain technology, such as NFT tickets, tokenized passes, or other digital assets. It is important to understand that transactions on a blockchain are permanent and cannot be undone. You are solely responsible for your wallet and private keys, and losing them may mean losing access to your assets. The value of digital assets can rise or fall quickly, and Rhuna has no control over this. Additionally, blockchain is a developing area, and laws and regulations may change. By using these features, you accept these risks.
We provide the Services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. This means we do not promise that the Services will always run without errors, interruptions, or delays. We also do not promise specific results, such as your event selling out or your NFTs gaining value. All warranties, whether expressed or implied (such as being fit for a particular purpose), are disclaimed to the maximum extent allowed by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rhuna is not responsible for indirect damages such as lost profits, lost data, or lost opportunities. If we are found responsible for something related to the Services, our total liability will not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
If someone brings a legal claim against Rhuna because of something you did—for example, if you misuse the Services or violate someone’s rights—you agree to defend us and cover any costs, damages, or legal fees. This is called indemnification, and it ensures that users, not Rhuna, are responsible for problems they cause.
We hope you will always find value in Rhuna, but we may need to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, use the Services in harmful ways, or otherwise create risks for us or other users. If this happens, your right to use the Services will stop immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. If a disagreement arises, we will first try to resolve it through open and good-faith discussions. If that does not work, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Dubai under UAE law. This process is meant to provide a fair and efficient resolution without going to court.
We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect changes in our Services, business practices, or legal obligations. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we will try to notify you in advance. By continuing to use the Services after the new Terms are posted, you agree to them.
If you have questions or concerns about these Terms or the Services, you can contact us at hello@rhuna.io.
